Some might ask, “Why is that?” But if you think about it, it makes perfect sense, as certain sections become impassable in winter.\r\n\r\nEvery long-distance trail in the world that is meant to be thru-hiked is subject to these natural laws.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space]

\n \t he NST should be hiked in one continuous journey. Taking a break or multiple zero-days in a row is, of course, possible. Zero-days should be taken when they are physically or mentally necessary\u2014such as in cases of illness, injury, or important professional or family matters.
