I’m 55 years old, and at this age, you start to think about what you’ve done so far and, more importantly, what you still want to accomplish. Somehow, work didn’t bring the fulfillment it used to, and the kids have been out of the house for a while.\r\n\r\nHmm, so what to do? A big THRU HIKE in Germany as a possible option? Since I didn’t want to wait until retirement, I decided to go for it. I handed in my resignation, and with the time left, I started gathering everything I needed. And here I am, facing my 3,582 km on foot!!!
